The Holbein Water Soluble Soft Pastel was developed as a highly versatile and entirely compatible companion product for the watercolorist and any other water soluble line including acrylics. This is a soft pastel that meets the same standards of pigment brilliance and is rated for permanency. A large heavy stick, Individually cased, it offers the artist a medium bold positive feel which can be blended wet or dry depending on personal preference.
